... Bei der Sportakrobatik geht es nicht nur darum, seine/n Partner/in durch die Luft zu schmeissen oder in die Höhe zu heben. Um sämtliche "Kunststücke" ausführen zu können, bedarf es ein sehr hohes Mass an Übung. Da die Unterschiedlichsten Körperregionen angesprochen werden und bei den einzelnen Figuren Taemwork gefragt ist, ist es notwendig ein grosses Kraftpotenzial, ein gutes Gleichgewichtsgefühl, viel Partnerverständnis und Vertrauen aufzuweisen und aufbauen zu können.
Wer sich für die Sportakrobatik interressiert, sollte so früh wie nur möglich starten um ein eventuelles potenzial nicht zu vergeuden und seinen Körper und Sehnen sowie Muskeln auf effektivität zu trimmen.
Ein Sport (eine Kunst) der sich auch bei Jungs und Männern einer, immer grösser werdenden, Beliebtheit erfreut.
